How does social identity theory factor into how religious groups, specifically Christians, perceive others? For example, many black Christians are homophobic because it "goes against God," while some white Christians are pro-white. How do in-group members view out-group members as well as promote in-group biases? I really would like the answer to focus on white and black Christians and their biases for out group members.
