Develop your Reward and Compensation strategy and then create template(s) (refer to Figure 6.2, p. 224 as an example) to indicate the comp mix for each job family. You will have 1 template for the pay for knowledge group and 3-4 for the JE groups. A brief rationale should be included (5-6 pages)Develop your strategy by referring to the 5 steps in Figure 6.1 (page 189).Step C is actually the last step; the reward and compensation strategy; remember to use the steps you have learned in establishing the strategy for each group that differs in compensation strategy.(each job family) The level and mix of compensation should be depicted in separate templates using the example in the text. You are not required to provide a detailed background of individual items under indirect pay but if you have specific ideas in this regard, you may do so. Requirements: 5 pg
