I want to see numbers that will support how you will reach the goals. 2022 Goals • How many applicants/hires/hires/referrals o 450 referrals received annually ? 2021 ? Projected for 2022 o 150 projected hires • Establish the Dashboard o Will maintain accurate statistical data annually o It will be updated monthly • Setup mentoring program for the current 52 currently hired o Mentoring Programs participants: MOF, First Step Community Empowerment, Regional Black Contractors Association (RBCA), Executive Pastor Zarin Gracey, Concord Baptist Church o The program will be established and program participants will be determined based on the number of active employees on 1/1/2022 • What will be the proactive plan to reach out to departments about existing Fresh start vs us waiting until something happens? o Proactive‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍ Plan; Case management will make a minimum of once a month contact with the client. The purpose of follow-up and supportive services is to assist the employee in maintaining employment. Case Management will also follow up with the hiring manager to ensure that the employee is meeting, or exceeding performance expectations. The Hiring Manager will also be asked to complete a monthly evaluation performance, based on the following: o Attendance/Timeliness o Communication o Positive Work Ethic o Team Player o Flexibility/Adaptability • Retention projections based upon intrusive case management approach o Retention Projection based on intrusive case management. The above case management, coupled with the mentor program collaboration we project will increase 6-month retention by 20%, as well as 1 year plus retention by 20% 2022 Outreach and Partnership strategic plan • Proactive recruitment projections (monthly, quarterly??) o Proactive Recruitment Projections: minimum of 1 per month (outreach) • How many new partnerships? o Number of new partnerships: 2 per month, or 16 for 2022 • Results expected from proactive outreach approach o Increase in partnerships by % (will have to look at our current list) • Other items like partnering with the library staff to provide job readiness to the candidate‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍s and tracking them
