Scenario On January 9, 2007, Steve Jobs announced the iPhone at the Macworld convention, receiving substantial media attention. Jobs announced that the first iPhone would be released later that year. Since then, the iPhone has gone on to be a phenomenal success. It can be argued that bringing the iPhone to the market required the company to be successful across a number of aspects of change.
